Because of the ongoing uncertainty related to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have introduced virtual consultations either by telephone or by video. This is available from Monday to Saturday and is either covered by your medical insurance company or payment through Mobile Money.
Clinic consultations and any lab tests can still be done on-site on Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays from 9:00am to 12:00pm subject to availability.

- For Telemedicine, always give us the preferred telephone number or email address and you will be given a specific time when we will contact you.

The “end” of this pandemic is unfortunately not in sight and the risk will continue for months to come. Hopefully by next year we will have an effective vaccine to prevent infection.
