Patient Information
On the day of your visit, please arrive thirty (30) minutes before your scheduled consultation. The receptionist will review registration materials with you for your visit. If you have questions regarding insurance, financial responsibility, or any other matters, our scheduler will be happy to address them.
If you are scheduled for a procedure, please arrive one hour before your scheduled procedure. The receptionist will review registration materials with you and a member of our nursing staff will escort you to the treatment area where you will be assisted in preparing for your procedure.
Family members are welcome to wait in our waiting area. Our receptionist also can notify a designated family member or friend (via cell phone) when your procedure is complete.
Patient Accommodations.
Waiting Area
Our comfortable and spacious waiting area offers our patients and guests water and coffee. Equipped with wireless internet, the area is also available for accompanying visitors.
Recovery Rooms (Including Private Suites)
Our Pre-operative and Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) suite is designed for optimal patient comfort, safety and care, with nurses who monitor patients at their bedside and from the adjacent nursing station until they are discharged. Patients may also elect to recover in one of our private suites for an additional fee.
